J v N

Whilst undergoing veneer treatment on a front tooth an additional adjacent tooth was treated without consent. Our client brought a claim on the basis that a tooth had been veneered without consent and additionally that the veneer preparations were excessively destructive of sound tooth tissue and that the finished veneers were bulky and poorly finished.
