In 2003, two leading law firms in Liverpool, Gregory Abrams Solicitors and Davidsons Solicitors, merged to offer a comprehensive range of services. Specialising in litigation, personal injury, family, business, commercial and property law, the two firms formed Gregory Abrams Davidson and incorporated into an LLP as of 2006.
Through the 2009 acquisition of London-based commercial and property firm, RJR Law, Gregory Abrams Davidson expanded its offering through the development of a residential conveyancing department in London.
By 2015, we welcomed another property department from a long-standing Liverpool firm, strengthening our position as one of the leading law firms in London and Liverpool while establishing a national profile with five offices from the North-West to the South-East of England.
From 1st May 2018, the firm transferred to National Law Partners Limited trading as Gregory Abrams Davidson Solicitors.
As an ever-growing firm, Gregory Abrams Davidson Solicitors looks forward to broadening its ability to serve clients across the country and building upon its reputation for skill, professionalism and transparency.
