Gregory Abrams Davidson have extended their property service offering with a new department focussing on Enfranchisement.
The department will be run by Graham Jaffe who joins the firm as Consultant Solicitor. Graham’s extensive knowledge and niche expertise have earned him a strong reputation in this complex field as one of the leading experts.
In his new role, Graham will continue to act for individuals, groups and mixed-use property lessees as well as continuing to specialise in licences including intricate licences for alterations and rooftop developments.
Graham’s creative thinking has enabled him to extend his skills to other complex residential property matters - such as acquiring the freehold of high-value houses in central London – an area of law that he prides himself on.
Graham will also be offering a niche specialisation, which he has developed over his years in practice, in the field of “de-enveloping” - the process by which residential property in the UK held in the name of an offshore company is transferred into the personal names of the beneficial owners.
Graham’s many loyal clients have spoken of his ability to make clients feel relaxed by the clear explanations he gives throughout the complicated transactions.
