Admitted to the Roll in 2004, Victoria is an experienced litigator with a wealth of experience dealing with disputes. Victoria has recently returned to the Liverpool area where she started her career and continues to pursue her passion for helping people resolve disputes in a straightforward and professional way. Victoria’s practice areas are:

  • Property disputes
  • Disputes over wills and estates
  • Road traffic offences
  • Businesses disputes in particular those relating to partnerships
  • Breach of contract
  • Employment settlement agreements

Victoria is a CMC Registered Civil and Commercial Mediator and has mediated disputes in her specialist areas of law.

Victoria is also a Higher Rights Advocate (Crime) having gained experience working with some of Liverpool’s most well-known criminal solicitors.

Victoria has also been invited by the University of Law to be a visiting lecturer in dispute resolution on the Legal Practice Course and on the Advocacy and Bar Skills course.

Interests

Outside of work Victoria is married to another solicitor (!) and is a busy mum to two young children. In her limited spare time she likes to run, travel and enjoy quality time with her family.
