Once graduated from the University of Leeds in 2010, Tom completed his Legal Practicing Certificate at the College of Law, Chester. He later began his legal career in personal injury at Hill Dickinson. After moving to Michael W Halsall Solicitors in 2014, Tom qualified as a Solicitor in the Clinical Negligence Department.

Since joining Gregory Abrams Davidson Solicitors at the beginning of 2018, Tom has become a key member of the Clinical Negligence team and is responsible for a wide variety of matters, including: birthing injuries, stillbirth cases, psychological injuries, delay in diagnosis of cancer, dental matters and orthopaedic surgical negligence. Tom has the necessary clinical knowledge, professionalism and empathy required to deal with such complex and sensitive claims.

Interests

Tom is an avid outdoorsman and can be found roaming the mountains of Wales and the Lake District on a regular basis. Tom is also an extremely keen runner and sportsman in general, enjoying annual ski trips and making regular appearances in the Last Man Standing cricket tournament. When he is not playing sport, Tom is watching it and is a loyal supporter of Liverpool and the Welsh Rugby Union team.
