Garry has over 40 years of legal experience in Conveyancing dealing with both domestic and commercial property transactions.
His main specific area of expertise is dealing with residential investment sales and purchases through property auctions.
He has worked with many property developers over the years helping them grow their portfolio, as well as having an extensive portfolio of private clients. Garry has developed a close working relationship with many estate agents and insurance brokers over the years. He has an extensive knowledge of this area of law and is happy to guide and lead clients through, the sometimes, difficult knotty path, to enable them to achieve their desired result.
Garry attended University of Manchester (Law) and has an interest in Management, holding an MBA in Legal Practice from Nottingham Trent (MBA).
